Hello, I’m Toshika.
I’m a Certified Coach and a Social Psychology Researcher (MSc).
My life has been shaped by numerous losses, stress addiction, self-neglect, and intergenerational trauma. It has also been shaped by ruthless love, transformative educational experiences, social mobility, international travel, and creative play. All of this has stretched the bounds of my human experience and required me to live purposefully (or at least to try my best to.)
私の人生は、多くの喪失、ストレスへの依存、セルフ・ネグレクト、そして世代間トラウマによって形づくられてきました。同時に、たくさんの愛情、人生を変えた教育体験、旅や遊び心によっても形づくられてきました。
それらすべてが、私を人として押し広げ、「意図をもって生きる」ことを教えてくれました。
その経験から認定コーチとして、また社会心理学の研究者（修士号）として活動をしています。

1:1 Coaching
A 10-session package. Sessions are typically held once a week or biweekly, and the program is usually completed over 2.5 to 5 months.
The package consists of 2x 1.5-hour workshops designed for deep exploration, and 8x 1-hour sessions focused on growth and integration.

Comparative research on the cultural context and social psychological characteristics of sexuality education in Japan.

Family Dynamics
Research on conversational practices and parent–child models that help reduce feelings of shame.
Studies examining the relationship between the lack of emotional verbalization within families and stalled or inhibited grief among individuals who have experienced loss.

Loss and grief
Research on non-bereavement grief in families experiencing divorce, separation, and family estrangement, with a particular focus on the relationship between early maturation in children and prolonged grief.
喪失経験
離婚・別居・家族断絶に伴う「非死別の悲嘆」の家族研究。子どもの早期成熟と長期化する悲嘆（プロロンゲッド・グリーフ）との関連性に関する研究など。
